At PickBazaar, we aim to provide a smooth and flexible cancellation process. This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be canceled and how such requests are handled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel an order under the following conditions:

Before Order Processing:

You may cancel your order before the vendor accepts or dispatches the order. No cancellation charges will apply in this case.

After Order Acceptance:

If the vendor has already accepted and started preparing or packing your order, cancellation may not be permitted, especially for perishable items.

Cancellation Time Frame:

Grocery/Pharmacy/Restaurant orders: Within 5 minutes of placing the order

Electronics/Fashion/Appliances: Before shipping/dispatched status is shown

2. Non-Cancellable Orders

The following types of orders cannot be canceled once placed:

Orders containing perishable items (e.g., fresh food, bakery, dairy) after processing

Restaurant orders once food preparation has started

Flash sale or promotional items marked as “Non-Cancellable”

Custom or special-order items

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order:

Go to “My Orders” section in the PickBazaar app or website

Click “Cancel” on the order you want to cancel (if still eligible)

Or contact our support at support@pickbazaar.com with your order ID

4. Refund on Cancellation

Prepaid Orders: Full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD): No refund is applicable unless payment has been made in advance or through wallet

Wallet Payments: Refunded to PickBazaar Wallet within 24 hours

5. Cancellation by Vendor or PickBazaar

In rare cases, your order may be canceled due to:

Product unavailability

Delivery location out of service area

Vendor closure or technical issues

Payment not received or failed transactions

In such cases, you will be notified immediately and a full refund will be processed automatically.

6. Auto-Cancellation

Orders may be automatically canceled if:

No response is received from the vendor within a certain time

Delivery fails due to incorrect address or unreachable customer

Repeated COD order rejections

7. Disputes and Escalation

If you have any issues with a cancellation or believe you were wrongly denied the right to cancel, please reach out to our customer support at support@pickbazaar.com. We will investigate and respond within 24–48 hours.
