At PickBazaar, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to offer a transparent and hassle-free refund process. Please review the following terms regarding refunds for purchases made through our platform.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged, expired, or defective product.

Wrong Item Delivered: If the product you received is different from what was ordered.

Item Not Delivered: If the product was not delivered within the estimated delivery window and marked as “undelivered.”

Cancellations Before Shipping: If the item is canceled before it has been dispatched by the vendor.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable for:

Perishable goods (e.g., vegetables, dairy, bakery) once delivered and accepted.

Items marked “Non-returnable” on the product page.

Services already rendered (e.g., car rental usage).

Orders canceled after the item has been shipped (unless damaged or incorrect).

3. Refund Process

You must raise a refund request within 48 hours of receiving the item.

To initiate a refund, contact our support team at support@pickbazaar.com or use the “Help & Support” section in the app.

Provide photos or video proof (if applicable) for damaged/defective products.

Once the vendor verifies the issue, we will initiate the refund within 3–5 working days.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method:

UPI/Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 working days

Wallet Refunds (PickBazaar Wallet): Within 24 hours

Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or UPI, details must be provided by the customer

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank account or UPI app

Contact your payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

6. Vendor-Specific Policies

Some vendors may have their own refund terms. In such cases, their policy will be displayed on the product or vendor page. PickBazaar will support you in resolving such requests with the vendor.

7. Dispute Resolution

For unresolved issues or disputes regarding refunds, you may escalate the matter to our support team. If not resolved satisfactorily, you may lodge a complaint via the Consumer Helpline or National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission (India).
