If you're a seller on PickBazaar, you must:

- Fulfill orders timely and reliably

- Comply with applicable tax, safety, and business regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

PickBazaar is not liable for:

- Vendor negligence or fraud

- Product quality or safety

- Any indirect or consequential losses

Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in dispute.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
