Same-Day/Next-Day Delivery: Available for select vendors and products (e.g., grocery, restaurant, or pharmacy)

Express Delivery: Available on request or for priority orders (extra charges may apply)

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on product type, vendor processing time, and delivery partner availability.

3. Shipping Charges

Grocery, Pharmacy, Restaurant Orders:

₹20–₹50 (may vary by location or order size)

Free delivery on orders above ₹499

Electronics, Fashion, Appliances, and Other Categories:

₹49–₹99 depending on vendor policies and delivery distance

Free delivery on select products or during promotional offers

Shipping fees (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once an order is confirmed and shipped, customers receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or app notification.

You can also track orders from the “My Orders” section in the PickBazaar app/website.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to two attempts to deliver the order.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, the order may be canceled or returned to the vendor.

In such cases, additional redelivery charges may apply.
